Do you ship worldwide?

No. We ship within Canada at the moment. Shipping to the US is paused momentarily. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Canada.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure timely processing, please request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours. Afterwards, changes won't be possible. However, returns are eligible for a full refund after receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, and Mastercard).

When will my order be processed? 

We process orders Monday-Friday, 1-3 business days from order date.

Shipping occurs the next business day.

Note: Allow extra time for holidays and sales, and no weekend shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders may take between 5-10 days to arrive.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Prices on our site are displayed in Canadian currency excluding taxes.
